Use This Weekend to Update Your Passwords

Heartbleed

You may have heard about the “Heartbleed” bug. Essentially, you have to do three things:

  1. Get a password manager. I use and highly recommend LastPass ($12/year; well worth it).
  2. Use the password manager to replace the passwords. See the link below for the websites affected: http://mashable.com/2014/04/09/heartbleed-bug-websites-affected/
  3. Enable two-factor authentication wherever available.
